You can reduce your energy bills this Holiday by opting for seasonal LED lights. To ease the replacement costs, all Home Depot locations across Canada will host an in-store Holiday Light Exchange Saturday, November 1 and Sunday, November 2 between 10 AM to 5 PM.
Canadians can bring in their old incandescent holiday light strings for free recycling and receive 50% off energy efficient seasonal L.E.D. lights (S.L.E.D). A maximum of 5 coupons per customer are accepted. Each individual coupon can be used to purchase up to 5 new S.L.E.D. light strings.
Seasonal LED lights use 80 to 90 percent less electricity and last up to 10 times longer than traditional incandescent holiday lights.
