This way that this picture is styled shouts Spring. Plus, I love crepes. Making homemade crepes is real simple. This was one of the first recipes that I made as a child. Although a crepe pan is a good investment, you can cook yours in a regular frying pan.
You can cook your crepes in advance and store them in the freezer. Just make sure that you put a wax paper sheet between each crepe. You warm them in the stove, when needed.
