This is a creation by toy designer John Smth (alias Matteo Oliverio) for the Ma Toy Design course in Preston (UK). Therefore, A Friend from Space cushion is not in stores but I wish it was. I am sure that when my husband sees that he will want one for our soon-to-be-born son. It’s simply adorable.

This reversible playful cushion displays a friendly spaceman on one side and a spaceship on the one side. The illustrations are from Amelie Labarthe.

    This reminds me of how my son use to play. We gave him an old computer keyboard and he used it in the bottom bunk of his bunkbed as his spaceship control panel. =)
