   Les Services Media Sources is an excellent company that has been around for 15 years. I always get my cheques on time and do my job properly. stlaurent17 is obviously a disgruntled employee who either threw fliers in the garbage or was dishonest about his work and was fired. Business is hard enough and the advertisers rely on us to do a good job. They pay for the printing of these fliers and then they pay Les Services Media Sources to distribute them. Business is tough enough without having dishonest people on our team. So goodriddance to you stlaurent17 and thanks that you were found out before you did the company anymore harm. Again Les Services Media Sources is a good company ..I do my job honestly and show up for work everyday and I get my paycheque every 2 weeks. Yes I have heard of dishonest employees having problems with their cheque as far as having to wait for it and such but I have never had a problem. Also my family and I depend on the pay I recievec from Media Sources and I am part of a good team and don't appreciate seeing Les Services Media Sources slandered by a disgusting liar who threw out his fliers instead of delivering them.

   Avoid this company at all cost, whether a client or an employee. They are not honest with making sure all flyers are distributed or all areas are completed. They withhold your pay for weeks and issue postdated checks when you do receive them. They also try to cheat you on hours you do work, since the hours worked vary everyday. I even called owner Ben Grower's check issuing bank TD Canada Trust at 5500 Westminster in Cote St. Luc to certify the funds were in account. The employee told me he could not do this over the phone but after hearing my concern about my pay, he asked me the name of the company. When I told him, he laughed and said " Why did I know you were going to say that". Enough said. I have also met numerous employees at other circular distribution companies who have had horror stories with Media Source Services and even the owners of the other companies have had bad experiences with them or know of their bad reputation. The onsite employee supervisor Michael is the most disrespectful guy I have ever worked for. He never appreciates anything, accuses you of not delivering certain flyers when you have, and threatens to cut hours you've worked if you do not distribute an unreasonable amount, even though it is a minimum wage job and not a per flyer rate. There is also a lot of wait around unpaid downtime excluding your traveling time. Bottom Line: Stay Away from these Low Life's!!!
