   I find meditation more and more important as life gets busier and busier. This is definitely something worth trying. I attend the Tuesday night meditation classes and so far, I am very impressed with the teachers, and the atmosphere.

   The Kadampa temple teaches meditation and Buddhism for anyone. The lineage of the teachings is from the great masters of the Gelugpa tradition in Tibet. I personally have found great benefit in going to classes at the temple. Everyone is very friendly and the teachers are great!

   Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada offers meditation classes for everyone of all backgrounds. It is a normal place with normal people - all trying to fit meditation into their busy daily lives.

   Chandrakirti socalled Kadampa Centre is a classic western guru cult (like Hare Krishna) one would be well advised to do thorough research before involving oneself with these odd and fanatical people.You'll be glad you checked it out and not wasted your precious time...and money.
