I went for the public market but there is a lot more than you can do on Grandville Island. Therefore, you can plan to pass an entire afternoon on the island. There is a water park for kids. I suggest that you eat lunch since they are plenty of good eatery places across the island. There are so many good choices than you may decide to eat lunch and dinner on the island. Before you go to dinner, you can even have a beer at The Granville Island Brewing Co.
