Avoid this company. They took my money and never cleaned the chimney, just left. When I called them to ask when they were gonna clean the chimney they said it was done allready so I went up to check and it wasn't. When I called back they said they will come back but never did. The Manager was also rude on the phone

Hello Tom,I'm Richard A Benefiel, James and Grace's son. My father and my mother set up the "Benefiel Trust" with your office in 1999. My mom (Grace passed away 8 years ago.My father remarried and I brought him and his new wife, (Sylvia Luckie-Benefiel) into your office to set up a prenuptial agreement. This was completed for a small fee but we cannot find the agreement. Your phone number no longer is active and I'm thinking you may have retired. We need a copy of that agreement.There's no real problem other than Sylvia will be moving. My dad (James) who is now 88 will be moving into a nursing facility. We need to separate their incomes so Sylvia can qualify for "Shag" apartments. Dad's income is 4400 and Sylvia's is 2000 per month respectively.
