They already have real estate agents in the States and are expanding to Canada. They are supposed to let go the typical rel estate office design and opt for a coffee shop design where realtors and buyers can meet comfortably. It means that instead of dedicate 100 square feet per realtor desk, they will get about 15 sq., leaving the rest as communal space.
