Then, I turned to see what the queen of entertaining Martha Stewart had to propose. I like her twist on the crudité platter. Line the bottom of a deep galvanized-metal planter or a ceramic planter with sprouts, and pour in enough water to moisten them. Keep similar vegetables together and vary the colors to create sections. This creates a stunning edible centrepiece.
