Love your blog.  I have to agree with the above. I have this problem at least 3 times a week.  So, what I have begun doing is picking up the main dish so something like a baked chicken from the grocery stores deli already cooked and then I will quickly bake a sweet potato and steam some green vegetables. While I prefer to purchase fresh vegetables, I always keep several frozen bags of various organic vegetables for times like this.</description>

		<description>I love to cook, but some days there just isn&#039;t enough time to put a decent meal together. So thanks for posting about Donna Hay&#039;s book -- I&#039;m going to check it out.

I found a super-easy pasta recipe on Angelo Surmelis&#039;s blog -- just garlic, olive oil, basil, oregano, and lemon juice. I added some leftover salmon and shrimp and grated parmesan, and it was really good!! Fast &amp; easy to make too, and not too unhealthy :-)
