Great Finds at Few and Far in London, UK

gypsy caravan and tipi for kids at few and far :: old and new products to decorate your house

Some families have the design gene in them. The owner of Few and Far is Priscilla Carluccio, the sister of Terence Conran.

Priscilla operates an amazing store in London, UK where treasures of the past coexist with new products made by artisans from around the world.

What Is In This Summer?

The range of products Far and Few at  changes every season. You see here French Café furniture, Tolix metal 1930′s reproduction and superior quality Bistro furniture. Chances are that it would not be available next season.

Jugs, bowls, fish plates, beakers and plates in blue Italian ceramics from Grottaglie, Puglia are perfect for dining alfresco. Their wavy edge is simply adorable. You can mix it with the Urban Colors range by Emile Henry that I introduced last spring.

Trays as diverse as the hand painted Piero Fornasetti wood trays, to Moroccan round trays and the shiny stainless steel trays from Alessi are available until August 30th, 2008.

Unique Toys for Kids

Imagine how incredible would be the sleep over parties with the gypsy caravan and the tipi fits for camping.

If you visit London this summer, plan a stop to Few and Far. I always schedule a couple shopping afternoons when I travel. You can learn how the inhabitants live if you visit small shops.
