And I can vouch that Nathalie's mojito is delicious.

I use the Fruit Muddler / Caipirinha Pestle from Rosle. See http://tinyurl.com/CaipirinhaPestle for more details

Just one more thing, make sure to buy the version "Nature" of Elixia for your mojito, as they also make two other flavors: Orange blossom and Rosewater. It mixes better with the mint.

After tasting the three flavors, I still prefer the "nature" version.

In addition to being good, the bottle is great to use afterwards for your own flavored water. Add fresh mint, to water and keep it in the fridge. It's really refreshing in summer. You can also use fresh Lemon Balm or fresh Verbena instead of fresh mint.

Kim,

I am glad you liked my hostess gift :-))).

Here is my Mojito recipe using the Elixia sparkling lemonade:

In a tumbler glass, crush about 10 leaves of moroccan mint (I grow it in my garden, but regular mint can be used for a different flavor), with about 1 tablespoon of cane sugar, and the juice of half a lime. Once its all crushed, Add 1 once of white rhum (more if your glasses are tall), some ice cubes and fill the remaining of the glass with some Elixia sparkling lemonade.

Ta da! You've got yourself my version of a mojito. Enjoy!

ps. Each mojito has to be made separately in its own glass, you cannot make a big batch of it. A trick to make your life easier is to use a pestle to crush your mint with the sugar and the juice.
