I am persuaded that kids can eat anything if you trained them early to expand their taste buds. Several of my friends succeeded with their infants. My husband never ate the kid menu at the restaurant. He was ordering snails when he was 4 years old.

Different continent, different eating habits

Menus Bébé delivers frozen home style baby food. The packaging looks great. The freshest of the ingredients is well highlighted. The design feels European with lots of white spaces. Does it shows that I went to a breakfast talk this morning about retail packaging and the added value of design?

The great news for parents is that is save them time, lots of precious time. Parents can now serve superior home style meals to their babies in less than 3 minutes. The texture of Menus Bébé is not as smooth as the processed baby food. It is important since texture plays a role in experiencing food. The main ingredients are more diverse.   2. I think you really hit the nail on this one. I made my son’s food all from scratch and froze it myself. I used to make 1 large batch on the weekend and freeze it and it would last for 1 week. It definitely tastes better than the food in a jar. To me that food always has a metallic flavor.

    I have to say, as opposed to many colleagues of mine who fed their children processed baby food out of a jar, my son is 14 months old and eats sushi, pesto spaghetti, sweet potatoes, salad, roasted asparagus, fish, papaya, sour kraut – I could go on forever.

    I’d like to think I can take credit for his love of divers foods.

    Menus Bébé sounds decent. If I were a really busy working mom, I would consider it.

    I do wish these were available in the States. My two oldest boys suffer from a lack of adventurousness in their eating even though I and their father are adventurous eaters. I blame my reliance on commercial baby food and following the whole “baby food must be bland” mentality of my pediatrician. I resolve to do better by my youngest boy.
