Hi,

I saw the Robin's Egg blue tea and coffee set on this blog and was wondering if you could tell me the maker/factory and country.

My parents and my grandmother used to work in a porcelain factory in Rehau, Germany years ago. I know the specific shapes of much of what was made there.(I have huge vases with lids from there as well as coffee sets.)
The blue tea set looks like it was made in Rehau and the name on the bottom might be Jacob. This is not a typical design that you find being made anymore but extremely refined and actually exquisite. That set is a real understated treasure if it is Jacob.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Respectfully,
Monica Bachelder - Ontario
